Broken handle just out of the warranty
Very confortable and light weight. It is in perfect conditions after almost three years. It has never been checked, only used as a carry on, so looks like new, BUT a month ago the top handle snapped in the middle of the hard plastic, and don't expect any help from customer service because they don't fix it even knowing it is a clear manufacturer fault. They don't supply the handle so you can fix it yourself. I am very disappointed and the only thing they offer is a voucher to buy it again….. so every three years you have to get a new one…. Very very disappointed

Lovely looking case
Bought this for my daughter for our upcoming Disney holiday as part of a reveal. Case is beautifully designed on the outside and the lining inside is really lovely. Lovely quality! We had a nightmare with delivery and a few bumps getting the case, American Tourister were great and eventually sorted it out. Please sort your phone lines!

Just WOW ??!!
Blown away when luggage arrived ??! The texture, the quality inside and out are just gorgeous! There's always a child in everybody and this Mickey Mouse will really cheer me up big time. The red is eye catching. The interior should be plenty for my hols or break as I don't travel lights as if bringing my whole palace ??! I was eyeing at the Marvel but they don't have it in this size so I have to settle for Mickey but I am happy!! Mickey is the only design that has back and front different. Initially I was set on Minnie till my daughter pointed out to me the difference!

Great cabin case
The wife loved this case as it's Donald duck and it matches the larger case she has (4 years old). This case looks and feels exactly the same as the larger one but smaller. The larger case has alot of air miles (due to work and holiday trips). Apart from a couple of little marks it's still is as good as new.

This is a really fun piece of luggage. Why have a boring plain one when you can have Disney! Really going to enjoy wheeling it around the world. The quality seems excellent. Hopefully it will last as long as I do. I am currently 51 chronologically but a child at heart. :)

Rubbish. The lock on it doesn't work. So now I'm worried if I shut the case I won't be able to get back into the case. No customer services and I go on holiday tomorrow. Fuming.

Zip broke!!
The zip broke on first use. Packed everything in and when trying to close it broke. Had to empty it all. Can we please get a refund or if someone can pick it up and then refund or repair?

Love Disney but fancied something a bit different and being an 80s child, this was a good choice for me. Love the green lining, size is perfect for a cabin bag and a great talking point. Easy to use security tsa lock. Wheeled well. Can't wait to use it again.
